Bad Hair Day?

If only every day was a good hair day. What to do on those days when you wake up but your hair is either still sleeping, didn’t get any sleep or is grouchy? The hot tools and the tightly slicked back ponytail may seem like the answer at the moment but in the long run can be the source of excess dryness and breakage.

On the morning of your bad hair days, the better choice is a product to moisturize and control your hair versus heated tools and holding products like gel and hairspray. So you slept on your hair without protecting it with a scarf or tying it back and now your hair is tangled and reverting back, no longer the smooth flat-ironed style you went to sleep with. This reversion is due to sweating or not securing your hair prior to sleeping. At this point, be careful not to abuse the hair by combing roughly or brushing.
